We have been in business since 1990. Since then about 40% of our clients have been from the private sector (including multi-national corporations), 40% from the public sector (including law enforcement) and 20% from non-profits.

Strategic and organizational planning, and change management consulting
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My unique background has served me well in helping clients lead initiatives that meet and exceed their objectives. Twelve years at IBM as a Systems Engineer/Systems Engineering Manager honed my project management skills. My experience in MN State Government for three years taught me how to successfully work with diverse stakeholders. My years of experience as a business owner and organizational consultant has proven my ability to hold to budgets and build teams that get results.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
My background -- I have been a manager and leader in tough situations and actually done what I now consult on. In addition, I have a BA in Management Development and an MA in Human Development, with an emphasis on Organizational Change
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I only have one location. I go to my client's location to work with them.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I do. I am the owner and principal consultant, although I often bring in associates who are successful business people selected for skills that complement mine and values I share. Clients get the benefit of a broad range of expertise without the overhead typically associated with a large consulting firm.
What are your hours of operation?
Office hours are M-F 9-5 although as a consultant I work with clients on their schedule, not mine.
