Senior Community Services, a nonprofit based in Minnetonka, mobilizes communities to reimagine aging. Working together with open-hearted people, the goal is to enhance the quality of life of older adults and those who care for them. Statewide programs include Senior Partners Care, Medicare Counseling, and CareNextion. Metro programs include Household & Outside Maintenance for the Elderly (HOME) program, Senior Outreach & Caregiver Services, and Senior Community Centers.
