North Hennepin Community College is a member of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities system - comprised of 31 public institutions. We serve more than 12,398 students with credit classes, certificates, and degress as well as non-credit professional training programs.
We offer small classes taught by highly credentialed faculty experts who bring years of industry experience and a passion for teaching to the classroom. In addition to two-year degrees, transfer programs, career-focused certificates, and flexible class scheduling, NHCC offers a number of baccalaureate degrees at our Brooklyn Park campus through partnerships with Universities such as Metropolitan State University, Minnesota State University Moorhead, and St. Cloud State University.
We host numerous theater productions, art exhibits and choral concerts as well as lectureships, fund raising events and public service activities throughout the year.
