How long have you been in business?
Since 1955!
What is your primary product or service?
We primarily provide Personal Lines insurance and Commercial Lines insurance. We also sell life insurance!
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Dan Martin, the owner of the agency has over 40 years of industry experience. He purchased the agency from his father in the mid 90's and now has his son and son in-law working for him.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We understand that people still value relationships when entrusting their insurance coverage to companies/agents. We strive to meet that expectation by offering advice and education to our clients. Because we are an independent agency, we are not tied to one company. This allows us to represent our individual clients first and foremost and not the insurance company.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Our office is located in Crystal, MN and we have been here since the early 80's. We currently have no plans on moving.

What type of payments do you accept?
This depends on the company that your policy is written with. Most companies accept cash, checks, visa and master card, automatic withdrawals, and more.

We service all of Minnesota and Wisconsin.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
We are locally and family owned. Dan Martin is the owner and his sons work for him.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open from Monday-Friday, 9am-5PM
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
That we have affectively educated our clients and efficiently provided the adequate amount of coverage for your insurance need. Insurance is all about piece of mind and we're all about giving it!
