McNulty Construction Company is a family run company, started in 1949 by Bob McNulty. He began building on a beautiful golf course site in St. Louis Park, and he grew the company into the well- respected, solid builder of fine custom homes that it is today. He then passed it on to his sons, Jim and Tim McNulty. Second-generation custom builders, the McNulty’s are personally involved in every home that is built, always supported by the efficient staff in the office and field.
At McNulty, nearly sixty years later, we continue Bob McNulty’s tradition. We build fine custom homes and town homes in the Twin City area in the manner in which he started in 1949. We bring dedication and integrity to our customers in meeting their expectations and fulfilling their dreams. We build strong and continuing customer relationships, providing construction services that are unique to their specific needs.
