How long have you been in business?
STS Staffing & Temporary Services has been in business since 1991. Serving our clients over the course of 25 years has been an absolute pleasure and we are looking forward to the next 25 years, and beyond.
What is your primary product or service?
As our name implies, STS Staffing & Temporary Services is in the business of supporting client companies with contingency staff on an as-needed basis, or on a temp-to-hire, or direct hire basis, depending upon the situation.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My interests in college revolved around personnel administration, business, and business law, so I entered a general studies degree program that concentrated on these areas. After college, I started in sales & recruiting and the rest is history...
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
In many ways, but the main one is the longevity of our core staff and their wealth of experience in the industry. We not only offer personnel services, but are able to demonstrate how our service can help clients run a more efficient business and actually save money utilizing our services vs. a full-time addition to their employee ranks.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
STS Staffing & Temporary Services has two locations in the Twin Cities Metro area, (Fridley and Minnetonka). We also operate locations in Phoenix, AZ, Las Vegas, NV, Reno, NV, and Peoria, IL.
What type of payments do you accept?
STS accepts company checks, Visa, Mastercard, and ACH payments.

Manufacturing, Production, Skilled Trades, Clerical/Administrative, and Call Center.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
STS Staffing is a privately held corporation.

All offices operate on a standard 8:00am to 5:00pm schedule, but our staff is often working beyond these standard office hours to meet client needs.
