How long have you been in business?
We have been in the staffing business since 1966, however the combined "business" experience of our Account Executives is 120 years plus.
What is your primary product or service?
Executive search of middle management and above - we also do contract staffing
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My background is in the finance industry - was a Regional VP of a billion dollar international company prior to opening the Pengilly Group.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Service and exceeding expectations.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Pengilly Group has one office however we are affiliated with Management Recruiters International which has 900 offices in the United States and another 200 offices outside the US. We can work anywhere in the world where a phone will take us.
