I meet with families to conduct an initial assessment identifying the main issues / concerns surrounding an older loved one. I have over 20 years of non-profit / social service experience working primarily with adults with disabilities, seniors and their families.

I have practical, hands on experience working with people who are vulnerable, their families and other professionals for over 10 years.
