Residential exterior remodeling
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I took a job as a helper in June of 1972 and "never looked back" since. As I got better and better at what I did..., I allowed pride to take over. If you do something enough....., you're going to be good at it! I didn't have much help to direct my future from parents so as a lower/mid class who had managed to graduate from HS, I learned to be self disciplined.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Well...., "years in the business". I am undereducated and in this alone ( had no siblings, father, uncle, friends) for any supportive partners. I did bring in my 3 sons and they will take over as I faze out.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I have always tried to stay small so I could be well managed. We will now be confident to expand.
