How long have you been in business?
We have had the pleasure of being in the business of helping our customers reward, increase and retain their own employees and customers since 1995!
What is your primary product or service?
We work together with our clients and offer ways to increase and retain their customers and employees through the use of promotional products, gifting, and programs. Each case is different in their needs, so we work individually to come up with a program suited for their exact needs.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I, Michelle, am the CEO of Altobelli Advantage, Inc. In college at University of WI- Eau Claire in 1990, I did an internship in this industry and loved it! I tried a couple of other lines of work- but ended up missing the creativity this industry allowed.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We do not just offer products. By asking the right questions, we really find out what our clients are trying to achieve. We work within their budget to give them solutions or offer a program as to what they are looking for.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have just one location, but work with many fortune 100 comanies worldwide!
